Welcome to Prepply! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prepply desktop application (“Service”), provided by Eventum Digital.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prepply for personal or professional non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- distribute, resell, or grant access to the software to others;
- modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software;
- use Prepply in any way that could harm Eventum Digital or other users.
Payment and License
- Access to Prepply is provided after a one-time payment.
- This payment grants you a lifetime license for the version of the software available at the time of purchase, including all future updates within the same license tier.
- We reserve the right to introduce new paid features or pricing models in future versions, but your existing license remains valid.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content;
- to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts;
- to impersonate Eventum Digital, its employees, or any other person.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Prepply software, branding, interface design, and source code are owned by Eventum Digital. You do not obtain any ownership rights by purchasing or using the software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Prepply is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Eventum Digital shall not be liable for any data loss, loss of profits, or other indirect damages resulting from your use of the application.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
